About our Founder

 Eboney Johnson was a teen mom today she is a mother of many and considers herself to be a “Lady”  she has matured over the years into the woman she is today. Ms.Eboney is a product of a broken home, her mother is a drug addict and fortunately for herself, she did get some guidance from a mother figure who encouraged her to be a lady finish school even with a child as well as be the best person she could possibly be.

She loves taking pictures, reading ,she is obsessed with fashion and fashion magazines and of course shopping she's an excellent cook and has also found a love for several different hobbies including interior design and refinishing furniture she especially loves good music and movies Ms.Eboney collects old movies with beautiful iconic women such as mahogany Lady Sings the Blues and the Dorothy Dandridge story to name a few. Ms.Eboney decided to start this program because she personally knows how important it is and does strongly feel that with having just that much-needed attention at just the right time our young girls can become so much more .

Most girls of today seem angry and lack self-confidence this organization prides itself in changing a  young girl's outlook on life by placing special emphasis on their  personal development to encourage the growth of a happy confident young lady , We believe that girls in today’s society need to be taught to be ladies it is in our hearts and personal goals to reach out to these young girls about issues ranging from their own self-worth to their goals and aspirations  AlwayzLadyLike reinforces the message that young women need not objectify themselves or relinquish their anatomy, AlwayzLadyLike has boldly taken on this crisis with our female youth and understands that this is a critical time in grooming a girl into a young lady , We humbly take on this task with great honor and pridefully teach young girls that they can be so much more and  AlwayzLadyLike.
